Meeting registration

Independently from your hotel room and meals booking, you should register to the IRWG/TCCON Wengen meeting through this page no later than May 22nd. Your registration will inform us about the number and name of the attendees and, depending on your choices, will compute the costs for the global or non-hotel related meeting services:

• The meeting room (mandatory, 20 CHF)
• The Wi-Fi internet connection (optional, 57 CHF)
• The Jungfraujoch visit travel cost (optional, 78.50 CHF/visitor, half price compared to the normal tourist fare)

The Regina hotel does not have its own internet infrastructure and relies on the Swisscom Wi-Fi Network. The organizing committee will buy a card providing Wi-Fi access for all the registered attendees that ask for it. The validity of this card will cover the period from Sunday June 10th @ 00:00 to Saturday June 16th @ 24:00.

After registering, you will receive an e-mail confirming your choices and giving you the information about the payment details. This payment will be done by bank draft to a Swiss bank account. We do not have the possibility to charge credit cards.

Every attendee will receive an official registration receipt during the meeting. If you need a proforma invoice to pay the fee before the meeting, please request it by email.

Unregistering or changing the requested services is only possible before May 24th. After this date, the reimbursement is not possible since the requested services would have been paid based on the expected number of attendees.
